JESUS MENTIONS SATAN'S FALL

Question: How in Luke does he see Satan fall from the sky, but Satan was in the Garden of Eden and Adam and Eve were the first people?

Luke is giving the account in 10:18 of Jesus’ response to the excitement of the Disciples after they had returned from a ‘test’ encounter that Jesus had sent them on, in anticipation of His near death and Resurrection!

His comments refer to the time when He witnessed Satan’s fall from Grace to Earth; to wreak havoc amongst the human population, which He (Jesus) had come to Earth to correct, as the result of the “seed of the woman” (Gen. 3:15)!

So the answer to your questions is that Jesus was speaking in the ‘past tense’!
